Ericka R. Lenz is a senior associate at Doner Law, PLC where she specializes in employment law and commercial litigation. She practices before federal and state courts in the District of Columbia, Connecticut, New York, and Virginia. Ms. Lenz regularly counsels employers in all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts (such as non-competes, non-solicitation agreements, and confidentiality agreements), severance agreements, employee handbooks and other personnel policies, family and medical leave, disability accommodation, discrimination, wage-hour issues, and disciplinary and termination matters.

Ms. Lenz also represents businesses in all types of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract actions, intellectual property disputes, and tort claims, including fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, business conspiracy, defamation and conversion.

Prior to joining Doner Law, PLC, Ms. Lenz was an associate at Roth Doner Jackson, PLC in McLean, Virginia, DrinkerBiddle in the District of Columbia, and Pullman & Comley in Connecticut. She also previously worked in-house at a large national insurance company.
